I am Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #24308) who has been supporting people through tough spots in their lives for many years now. I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and would be honoured to bring my lived and learned experiences to walking with you on your journey.
A few of the areas I have supported people with include:
depression
anxiety
grief and loss
trauma
PTSD
suicidal ideation
self-harm
life transitions
job loss
self-worth
pre- and post-partum struggles
new momming
parenting
identity and belonging
I particularly enjoy working with:
mamas (at any stage of the beautiful, messy, wild, momming journey)
anyone looking to integrate a connection with nature into their healing journey (I love taking sessions outside near trees and water)
men (my down-to-earth style is usually appreciated, and my attuned perspective after growing up with four brothers and now raising two sons, all give me a deep caring for men and the world they navigate)
children (usually ages 9 and up)
folks in the Queer community
Indigenous peoples (I am San'Yas Certified)
If you'd still like to know more about me, or if you'd like to share a bit about the support you're looking for from a counsellor, feel free to book a free 15-minute connection (which I offer in person, by phone, or by video call). You can schedule these in right on my "book now" page.
