I believe there are many paths to change and growth. With this in mind, I pull from different styles of therapy that align with each person's needs, whether CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, self-compassion and mindfulness therapy, or bits of poetry, metaphor, and nature-based work. I am also happy to take sessions outside if this would be a therapeutic path for your growth.
Whatever approach we use, I will always listen to you, collaborate with you, and walk beside you. We will work together, with you bringing expertise on your life and me bringing education and experience in psychology and change. I use a strengths-based approach, and believe that together we can grow the good.
